Since '90s, TOMO HIRATA's introduced a real club / dance music scene from UK/EUROPE/USA at the beginning of Japanese music market as"DJ TOMO".
In 1994, TOMO HIRATA (a.k.a. DJ TOMO) found LOUD as a monthly magazine specialized club / dance music ~ indie rock. LOUD is the best known and NO.1 sales magazine at club / dance music market in Japan as well as its web-sight iLOUD(http://www.iloud.jp).
At the same time, DJ TOMO produced his own music for real underground music ~ O.S.T. and main theme of World Famous Japanese Horror Movie “RING” as well as remixing of Japanese famous pop singers & musicians as a creator.
In 2010, DJ TOMO launched DIGITAL LABEL called "LDK (LOUD DIGITAL KITCHEN)" with Japanese most popular DJ / PRODUCER " SHINICHI OSAWA (p.k.a. MONDO GROSSO)" and the label's more focused on trying to make a very new and fresh music movement at this scene.
